How to display your Instagram feed on a website using Instant Tokens

Note: Please upgrade to Instafeedv3.js since as of December 4th, 2024 Meta deprecated Instagram Basic Display API.

Displaying your Instagram feed on your website might appear to be tricky but not with Instant Tokens!

Log in to your Instant Tokens account and from the main dashboard, click the Add New button. If you have access to the Instagram Account then click "Add Instagram Account". If you don't have access to the account, for example it belongs to a client, then select "Get shareable link". This will copy a unique URL that is for used to associate Instagram accounts with your Instant Tokens account. See our guide Adding a Client Instagram Account for more information on this.

Once you have authorised the Instant Tokens Instagram Application, the Instagram account will appear on your Dashboard

One of the easiest ways to use Instant Tokens is with Instafeedv3.js. Displaying your Instagram Feed in this way is as easy as four steps:

1. Add a script reference to Instafeedv3.js
2. Add a script reference to the Instant Tokens JS File in your account
3. Add a div HTML element with the id of "instafeed"
4. Add a script block that executes the Instafeedv3.js plugin
